Shipping Info

If you have not received your delivery within the stated time frame please do the following:

1. Check with other members of your household or neighbours to check that the goods have not been delivered to them in your absence.
2. Check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office that the parcel is not being held. Often they are unable to deliver it as there is no one home and the parcel gets returned to the delivery office. Please ensure you request the Post Masters name when doing so.
3. Check that you have not received a calling card from the nominated delivery partner.
4. Once you have done this please contact us with these details and your order number and we will be happy to help you out.

Standard UK delivery is an economy service sent using either 2nd class royal mail, My Hermes economy or Interlink Express. This service normally takes 3 – 5 working days

1st Class UK Delivery is an express delivery sent using first class Royal Mail. This service normally takes 1 – 3 working days. (please note delays incurred by Royal Mail are outside of our control. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days please contact us for further investigation)

Mainland UK Next Working Day is an express courier service sent with Interlink Express or other nominated next day couriers. Tracking is available with these orders and you will receive an e-mail from the courier with the tracking details. If you do not receive this e-mail please contact us for the details.

Please note that if nobody is available to take receipt of a courier delivery a calling card will be left giving further details of what to do. If this isn’t acted on within 7 days the delivery will be returned back to World Flavours and a second delivery charge will need to be paid.

Free Delivery is available subject to meeting the minimum spend as outlined in the tables above. Free delivery will usually be sent with Interlink Express and is normally a next day service for mainland UK. Other areas are subject to the timeframes stated in the tables above.
