Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can be returned within 30 days providing they are still in their original packaging and in a resell-able condition. Returns will be refunded in full minus any original delivery charges. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend returned items are sent with a tracked or insured buyer. In the unlikely event the returned goods are lost or damaged this will aid you in making a claim with your chosen carrier.
Damaged items or items which don’t match the description will be replaced or refunded in full. We will reimburse any delivery charges necessary in getting the goods back to us and where practical, we will arrange a collection through our own courier.

Once the items arrive back to us we will refund or replace as agreed. Returns are normally processed within 2 working days of being delivered back to us.
