Blue Food Colouring

For best results dilute our colouring into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg. The 10ml bottle of food flavouring contains around 200 drops* of high strength colouring.

* 1 drop is approx. 0.05ml

Do not exceed:
4.0ml per kg in foodstuffs
1.3ml per litre in beverages

Ingredients: Glycol, Water, Powder Colouring, Brilliant Blue (E133)

Storage: Ambient Temperatures. Away from direct light and strong odours

Shelf  Life: 6 Months
